    What experience do I need to own a franchise with Pho Pasteur®?

    Pho Pasteur® is looking for entrepreneurs with professional and management experience. Some background in the restaurant industry is ideal but not required. Mature, mentorship-minded individuals would do well with a Pho Pasteur® franchise. The brand prefers franchisees who are owners/operators. Rest assured, no matter your background or experience, we’ll provide you with the support and training you need to open a Vietnamese restaurant and operate it confidently.

    What is provided as part of the Pho Pasteur® franchise program?

    We will provide our E-Learning platform for remote learning and six days of HQ-based training, including one day of classroom training and five days of on-the-job training. The franchisee and a manager will learn everything about the business, including management, food preparation, kitchen procedures, recipes, ordering inventory, working with suppliers, using the POS system, guest service, our culture and philosophies, day-to-day operations, marketing and promotion strategies, recordkeeping requirements, reporting requirements, staffing, and other administrative issues. Additionally, Pho Pasteur® representatives will spend five days training and guiding you at your location two days before opening. Digital marketing strategy and support will be provided so you can focus more on the operations of your business. We will have periodical Success Coaching sessions with you where we analyze your restaurant KPIs through innovative technologies to help optimize your business’s productivity and bottom line. You can also access our email and phone support whenever you need it. You are never alone as you open a Pho Pasteur® restaurant and make your dreams come true.

    How much will the Pho Pasteur® franchise program cost me?

    The estimated initial investment to begin operations ranges from $468,979 to $697,900, including a $35,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, adequate capital is crucial to fund the initial business growth stages. You should preferably have a minimum of $200,000 in liquid capital and a minimum net worth of $500,000.

    Is financing available?

    We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer you to financing resources on a case-by-case basis so you can review different options.

    Are there ongoing royalties to pay?

    We collect a royalty fee equal to 5% of gross revenues. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, recipes, and systems upgrades. Please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for a complete list of fees and requirements.

    Are there any advertising fees?

    Franchise owners must spend 1% of gross revenue on local marketing. We will also collect 1% of revenues for the brand development fund; collected funds are used to help develop marketing strategies, materials and campaigns to promote the Pho Pasteur® network and brand.

    What is the term of the agreement?

    The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
