What experience do I need to own a franchise with Pho Pasteur®?
What is provided as part of the Pho Pasteur® franchise program?
We will provide our E-Learning platform for remote learning and six days of HQ-based training, including one day of classroom training and five days of on-the-job training. The franchisee and a manager will learn everything about the business, including management, food preparation, kitchen procedures, recipes, ordering inventory, working with suppliers, using the POS system, guest service, our culture and philosophies, day-to-day operations, marketing and promotion strategies, recordkeeping requirements, reporting requirements, staffing, and other administrative issues. Additionally, Pho Pasteur® representatives will spend five days training and guiding you at your location two days before opening. Digital marketing strategy and support will be provided so you can focus more on the operations of your business. We will have periodical Success Coaching sessions with you where we analyze your restaurant KPIs through innovative technologies to help optimize your business’s productivity and bottom line. You can also access our email and phone support whenever you need it. You are never alone as you open a Pho Pasteur® restaurant and make your dreams come true.
How much will the Pho Pasteur® franchise program cost me?

Are there ongoing royalties to pay?
We collect a royalty fee equal to 5% of gross revenues. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, recipes, and systems upgrades.
