What is provided as part of the Pho Pasteur® franchise program?
We will provide six days of HQ-based training, including one day of classroom training and five days of on-the-job training. The franchisee and a manager will learn everything about the business, including management, food preparation, kitchen procedures, recipes, ordering inventory, working with suppliers, using the POS system, guest service, our culture and philosophies, day-to-day operations, marketing and promotion strategies, recordkeeping requirements, reporting requirements, staffing, and other administrative issues. Additionally, Pho Pasteur® representatives will spend five days training and guiding you at your location two days before opening. You can also access our email and phone support whenever you need it. You are never alone as you open a Pho Pasteur® restaurant and make your dreams come true.
